Ok, I get the Mods don't want this but what about being able to check a box on a particular play that allows viewing? This way you wouldn't need to see the whole game... or be invited to be a "temp GM" so you can have access to view (which happens a lot)... you could simply review the play in question without intrusion beyond that. The team with the "bug issue" could simply check a box on the play in question, then post it to the forum as usual. It could even be more useful as it would now allow "private scrims" to post individual plays on the board for a vote (which they can't now) for "play of the week".

I would instead like the ability for team owners/GM's to make a certain play visible to the public. That way if you need to show off a bug you can, if you want to show off a highlight you can. I'm not sure all of the logistics behind it yet, I assume both parties would need to mark it public and what not.

Somewhat of a similar suggestion, but a compromise. (if both owners accept)

Three solutions right here that look good.

Any of these should do the trick.

This as well.

Can't you just make the Bug Mod of your choice a GM for your team so they can see the problem in the private sim?

what r u hiding??????? j/k

If you yourself had the option to show them a play or the whole scrim you would still be opposed to potentially helping the game advance a bit?

+1, however, only if the owner of the team allows it.

I can understand that. I think we are shifting this more to the fact that you can just check a box to allow a specific play to be viewed or something along those lines.

+1 also allow them access to your AI's during playoffs, allow them to see your builds, and also let them view your credit card/paypal details.

Should be fine.
