For sure. It is super annoying to have to click through a thread that says "BHALLS AMAZINGLY SHITTY DOTS!" and then click on it and find a bunch of level 34 guys.

My thoughts.
1. Add agent name to marketplace search results
This is good. Too many times I've clicked on a dot then gone, oh I know that guy and he's just BS;ing it for attention. Nice to skip any amount of time in recruiting.
2. Label for Casual/Regular/No Preference (similar to "Willing Backup" sort)
Most agents are smart enough to say no casual or I probably am not doing casual in their ads if they're not interested in it.
3. Add "Special Teams Player" or "STOP" pos. but still keeping the arch. search option
meh. The STOP and archetype probably should be gotten rid of entirely. Nobody outside of this game develops anyone to be a special teamer early on.
4. Allow 'level of interest' to have more user input to reflect true interest in teams/players
Level of interest should be gotten rid of anyway, it only feeds primadonnas. Most of the time when I see a huge level of interest bar, that's what it is. There's enough quality teams that sent that guy a PM.
5. **Add Teams (TLFP) to Marketplace with more flexibility/sort options (add ranges)
can just get rid of it. You have to get the dots, they ain't coming to you.
6. Allow for optional alerts to be sent when when team or agent responds with comment.
I didn't know anyone used those.
7. Show number of visits that can be reset by agent or team owner, somewhat like a hit counter
Sounds like the most unnecessary work ever.
8. Increase the expiration time on marketplace ads or get rid of it (them).
It's 5 days or so right? That's enough time and you can always put up another one.
9. Allow all agents to post marketplace ads on day 33.
This is good but should be when their team is out of the playoffs. That won't happen though, b/c sometimes glb messes up basic stuff much less a stagger like that.

Except that nearly all the time that's the title of the thread, those are roughly the age of the dots. Just learn to skip them. If the level/age isn't listed, they're low leveled dots basically every time.

That's a fair argument... I only suggest day 33 because that is when most can really be concerned or concentrate on placing ads and recruiting, being the season will have ended for a good majority.
