We already have leagues for unboosted players. They're just CPU-owned.

My question is, can you get away with not boosting, and play with others that do and have boosted?

If so, then I would -1 this

If not, then the suggestion of - "you don't have to boost and still be able to play"
is like saying

"you can get in the car and turn on the ignition, but you cannot drive it beyond 2mph until you give me money for gas"

Oh yea, I forgot about the D-leagues... I forget, they hand out trophies there too right?
