The issue with CBs is that they require balanced builds where several attributes need to be high. The best builds I have seen recently do not have the highest ELs.

Here is an open CB of around the same level to the ones being discussed in this thread, with a +16 EL. LHF will dissect the build, but it is not great. Low jumping, strength, tackling will make this player a liability if he ever made it to WL.
Now if I built something like a NT based on these building principles, it would be great. But a CB is a different type of animal which is difficult to get right. My younger CBs are pretty much always open except during playoffs. But I'll go ahead and post one here. He's sitting on 10 SPs and 44 VPs.

Though the best route to go for comparison would be to run our end builds and compare those, we can get somewhat of a comparison here. It's also a little difficult since you've already boosted this season. IIRC, the 25 SPs I'll have when I boost will go into strength to take it to the cap. So while your build certainly has high primaries, you've taken them so high through training or SPs that you're really lacking in your secondaries. Strength is the one that sticks out the most. There is absolutely no reason for you to not have already started at least training strength. Any future CB worth its salt in WL will have at least 62 strength. For you to get there will require some inefficient building methods since you took time to train your primaries beyond where they really need to be.
Essentially what you've done with your build compared to mine is you've traded 10 higher base agility, 5 higher base jumping, and 8 higher base confidence for 1 lower base vision, 3 lower base stamina, 21 lower base tackling, and 43 lower base strength. So though your EL might be higher mine will have about 45 more actual points in his attributes.
The key is to balance between pushing your primaries and bringing up your secondaries to needed levels. EL can be someone of a false guide because it causes agents to value pushing their primaries super high at the cost of lower secondaries. But that doesn't actually work in the game. Instead, there has to be balance.
