I agree our current lane coverage reminds me of a bunch of 5 yr olds playn soccer and all of them huddling around the ball like a swarm of bees

On the fence here as this thread seems to address the defensive side of returns. Without the same adjustments to the other side (blockers should ALSO be as disciplined as those they are blocking), I'm giving a no vote. Change that to fixing both sides and I'll change the vote.

I had six key stone cops break their blocks and try to dog pile a returner in the last game, and he did a deke and they all fell in a pile while he ran to the sideline for the KRTD.

The six of them in a mob like that served no purpose. Spreading it out a bit would have.

Lane discipline is horrendous. +1 to suggestion.

8 guys break thru the front blockers, but all converge on the middle for the easy pop to the outside TD. the guy on the far left runs parallel to get to the middle
