Warrior General Games

I mean really. When I watch football I'm not a big fan of the 3-7 point games. I like a lot of points put up and a decent amount of turnovers.

I'd say anyone who sat down to watch some NFL games would get bored of five games straight of defense dominated games.

I think we need to turn OFFENSE back up. 54-47 games are fun, even if my D is giving up 500+ yards a game. We need to have more FFs and more INTs, and we need to limit the roster size to 50 dots. This way every position can have some fun. this needs to get back to being a game, instead of a cool forum that also has some side game to it. I can only hang out in the General Discussion forum so long before my head will explode.

No to this part, -1

Here is why...if you amp up the highlight plays you create more lopsided games with 5 FFs on Kick returns and the like. Lopsided games frakking suck, no one NO ONE watches them winner or loser.

Closer games are more interesting than run away games regardless of the score.

I'd go one more and make it a 45 man roster.

This allows more game time for dots.

And it makes more balance as free agents get better distributed.

And it makes for more diverse builds as it becomes necessary for more of your dots to be multi-purpose.

And it would make recruiting a heck of a lot easier too, which is one of the more arduous parts of the game.

We just need a tweak to the rng calculation to allow big plays to break every now and than.

If an HB runs 20 times, at least 2 has to break for more than 8 yards.

If a QB passes 30+ times, it's not unreasonable to expect a couple of INTs

Even if you left the sim as is and increase the random fluke plays to get people excited again, it would make the sim better.

Ya lets just make things happen not because builds make them happen but because the game decides they should randomly happen....
