You are forgetting season 1 decliners who often times are still played at National Pro level and under. These folks could certainly go with a game day boost over incremental improvements in their last season or two of play.

I have asked for temp boosts but only for the retiring decliners.

If you want more things to do then start gameplanning more and working on building better Dots. instead of asking for these suggestions that are just a sad attempt to get GLB to give you something that you think will allow your teams to compete with the better teams.
