I'm not totally sold on team captains effecting game performance.

Maybe somehow the team captains perform in game could give dots on the team a morale boost or something, or maybe a temp boost.

I like that, but it's never going to happen.

-1 to team captains affecting game performance.

If you want to encourage players to stay with the same team longer, give them an extra morale boost for consecutive seasons on the same team. That would be in addition to the morale boost they normally get from salary. Of course there would have to be a reasonable cap on the total morale boost. Despite what some think, confidence and morale do affect performance, especially in the playoffs.

I loike the original idea but i dont know about making a season minimum with a team because thats not how it happens in real life (JAy Cutler w/ bears) or mcnabb and redskins and vikings lol,

make it so that the team captains are basically getting the same boost as they would get by buying one of the bobblehead promo's. that wouldn't be over powering by any means. and to be able to be named a team captain a player would need to have been with a team for atleast 2 full seasons before it could even be a option.

on a side note though I liked the idea alot better with just the OP's suggestion. I really didn't like what Yello1 added to the suggestion at all. so if the idea is carrying the changes Yello1 suggested I would -1 it.

Recruited for six pro level teams this season. Spent two solid weeks doing little else.

I have +1ed alot of suggestions I just do not support the ideas that are I think are going to make the game harder for everyone. or basically making the time constraint on the game even more unbearable. I also do not support alot of your suggestions because they come across as you bitching and whining because your teams suck. which in reality isn't GLBs fault it is your fault as a owner. I just do not think it is fair to the people on the game that make the necessary changes to make themselves better at the game to be penalized and GLB just give the sorry players a easier way to try to win.
