I was just figuring add it to the list of powers to give every GM , don't force anything but just allow people to choose. Like I personaly would not give my OC powers to the defensive depth chart

You don't want your special teams coordinator changing your O or D depth.

Also, your ST Coordinator should have access to the breath substitutions in the tactics, but not for the O or D.
