-1 from me would be to easy to game the system. some guy buys a team in the worst league in lets say Regional Pro. then he and his friends fill the team with Dots as outlined by the OP. the team would easily win against crappy teams with a bunch of CPU players. so it would be a cheap way to win championships. that usually people wouldn't have a chance at doing.

Im not sure how cheap it is to spend 100,000 flex building a whole team just to win a regional pro 10 trophy, lol.

not cost in general just a cheap won trophy that no one had to work for.

So you earned all of those 500+ trophies in your trophy case?

Not one of them was a Lol Gm title?

That shit happens everyday lol. Look at my regional pro #17 trophy. But if they would do it this new way, it would end up costing like $500 lol. Is any1 willing to drop that much money for some crummy gutted league trophy? More power to them imo.

I didn't say that but all my owners trophies were from good leagues and not some crappy league that I purposely gamed the system to get into.

also though there aren't very many that I didn't do some real job on those teams to help in winning. I usually do not take LOL GM spots unless I am helping in someway.

Three build-a-dots per team, as stated in the OP. So the "whole team" theory would not apply to this suggestion.

I personally don't see how this could be taken advantage of. In fact, could help out a LOT for recruiting at higher levels if you can't find that last dot. Just quickly make it for your team (as an owner this would be helpful as I couldn't find a few of the rarer positions to sign with us this off-season).

By doing this bort makes more money since it's a non-refundable purchase = can't buy bulk flex and continue to recycle for a few months. would make users have to purchase more without the recycled flex.

Seems like a win-win to me.

Yeah, I've hit a major snag trying to find a day 160 Center, and it looks like i'm going to have to go CPU. I'd rather spend some flex to be able to create a player myself.

We spend flex - he makes money.

The Rich will always have advantages the others don't. Money talks.
That's Life - get used to it.

Not in games, Im sure there are way more people that dont have the money as opposed to do have the money. Just like in the real world.

You dont alienate the general population in anything.

And honestly, its quite the opposite. If you only have the pay the 30%, then its actually helping guys who cant afford the whole 9,300 to boost throughout the career.

3,100 is less than 9300. Just sayin

Good point, but your missing out on alot of play time as well.

I came here thinking this was a suggestion to have DOTs at the local build-a-bears, I was excited to support it.

not just day 160. not sure why every one stopped making centers. i admit that i used to love to build them, but i wont pay to have a player that spends half the game on his back getting trampled.

Any flex return upon season end? (If you're going with the expiration route)
Any flex return upon retirement? (If it is permanantly your dot)

Personally, i'd rather go with a rented system, like the eq. Similar style with the flex, a non refundable payment. But, you'd get normal retirement flex on any boosts used during the season.

With the way the age based leagues go, everyone is pretty much the same level at each seasons start, so a rented player would come at the appropriate level, with a predefined set of attributes that wou.d be archetype specific. Then, you can train and boost as usual.
