Personally, I wouldn't want to be forced to have to take my dot to some team with a crap owner and terribad coordinating because the team my dot started out on knew what the hell they were doing. That'd pretty much be an insta-quit and demanding a refund of my flex because nothing about that is going to be enjoyable.

Oh and, -1

good dot builders wont sign with crappy teams. most of us by now have learned the hard way to stick with people that we know and trust. i'd put my upper level players on a cpu team b4 signing with someone that has no history of running a quality team, and i suspect most would agree.

there will never be parity in glb until bort finally admits that we need a 2nd team sort prior to setting the schedules.

you cant in any way compare the nfl to glb when it comes to players on a team. irl, the better players would demand higher salaries. in glb, we build dots to help teams win sacrificing salary and sometimes playing time for the good of the team. the players in glb that worry about salary are usually the bad dot builders.

So basically you'd be forcing agents to move around all the time and sign with crappy teams and/or owners. Do I dare assume you're having trouble recruiting again?

This is a good idea, but there should be an optional league for this, kinda like casual. It would make being an owner that much harder in these leagues.

I'm not sure how the top agents would react to the league, I suspect many would avoid it, but again the "willing to play casual" could also be a "willing to play capped" or whatever you'd call it. I know that's not in force yet, but it should be. It's not a big fix.

if the one agent people are enough to keep Bort in Hawaiin vacations then I suppose the idea is a big -1. But otherwise I think its a bullet that needs biting.

well as a 1 agent team owner if the suggestion you are asking for were implemented then my ass wouldn't be on this game anymore. and furthermore I am sick of hearing how being a 1 owner team gives me some sort of edge over other teams. the only edge I get as a 1 owner team is that I do not screw up my builds like other people do. and I shouldn't be penalized because people on this game will not take the time to learn how to build better dots and try to make sure the dots are properly trained and taken care of. I am not the best dotbuilder on the game by any means. but I train and work on my players each and everyday. so why should I be forced to sign my players to crappy teams. for the simple reason that people usually associated with those crappy teams just do not try to put in the work to get better.

Yello1 I will give you a free piece of advice and this is as close to the truth as I have ever seen on GLB. GLB's problem isn't so much Bort or Catch or even the admins or Mods. GLBs problem in general is that there are a ton of lazy people playing this game that instead of wanting to actually put a little work into building Dots or learning to be a coordinator or team owner. they would rather try to make suggestions or bitch and whine about how they are losing. I hear people say all the time they lose because their coordinators suck. well it is simple learn to coordinate find someone that is a good coordinator and try to befriend them.

as a Dot builder look at agents that build those stud dots and try to become friends with them. ask them questions and listen instead of being a jackass and running your mouth at them like they are stupid. I mean they are building stud Dots and if you are asking them questions then more than likely you aren't building those stud dots. so in pure english put the time into trying to learn and stop trying to screw my gaming experience up just because other people are to damn lazy to put the work into the game that me and many others do put into it.

How does this even work? What about one agent teams? Why make it where people can't sign with the team they want? Sounds like a good way to kill this game, tbh.

I think that has been done already.

the only people that would think this is a good idea for this site are the Lazy ass's that don't want to have to work for any success on the game. they want everything handed to them and not have to work for any of it.

-1 to the OPs suggestion easy way to fix your problem is own less teams and learn to build better Dots.

Those who you speak that aren't good at the game will never get better just because a bunch of top notch Dots are forced on to their team.

I build solid dots. My friends build solid dots. Together, we field solid teams. We work hard at dot building, scouting, offensive and defensive coordination. It is this hard work that makes us successful.

If your idea were implemented, I would be forced to put my solid dots on bad teams? I would not be allowed to put my players on the teams I want them on?

No way I do this -- I either quit the game, or I retire those dots that are forced on to bad rosters.

Seriously?

Worst. Suggestion. Ever.

Even by Yello's standards.

Yeah... this wont happen...

Also... what about those 1 / 2 man teams? Like MPHD... Could he sign all his players to his team? I guess not? Would you FORCE his players to be distributed all over? You probably have to since his EL and PV is amongst the highest in the game. He'd be pissed... actually he would quit the game I'm sure.. And that's just one example (best known agent with so many players).

You pay to do what you want .. build what you want... place them where you want. It probably can't be any other way in an Internet game like this.
