I expect Serenity will have the highest average player value in the East once the season starts and the boosts are in. That GD Chicago outfit will be somewhere in the top three, and Sainte-Foy will end up between Thunder Bay and Doug Flutie.

As a long-time veteran of the Canadian forums (BBB12, A6, AA3) and first-time CPL team owner, I'll do my best to keep the forums active. Right now, I'm wrapping up prior-season scouting and hope to use some of that work for a set of predictions.
