Anything to make the player notes more useful....right now, I basically ignore the player notes just for the reason mentioned....unless you look at the player notes before making training/SP assignments, they are worthless, and when you have more than a few players, it is time consuming to always go look at notes before going to SP/training page.

Another option would be to have the player notes displayed in the SP/training page.....

I like the idea, but Firefox does have a Greasemonkey script where you can add a note in another spot, which may be more visible to you.

Either way, I don't see any harm in it.
