Isn't that the general idea with what the Team Needs functional already covers? Except it would be nice to add an ad to each position tho.

Nope, the team needs function gives you -0- control of who you sign and doesn't allow you to do anything to sell your team to FAs.

Recruiting will always stay oriented towards the players because they are in the power position. It's not like there is a shortage of teams.

I know this was part of an epic suggestion but it was really just a footnote in that suggestion and went mostly ignored. Hell, the suggestion as a whole was ignored.
