I'm assuming you know about the speed/agility penalty for heavier players. No way 300 lb STOPS should be able to keep a 200lb speedy gunner from running by him.
I'd honestly be fine with that if anytime that 300 pounder got any kind of piece of the 200 pound player it was a devastating pancake that took the small fry out for the rest of the play and came with a massive morale penalty for getting man handled.
200 lb players should be able to get by the big guy more often than not but when they don't they should pay a serious price. Especially when facing strong, massive guys built to block.
