I'm assuming you know about the speed/agility penalty for heavier players. No way 300 lb STOPS should be able to keep a 200lb speedy gunner from running by him.


I'd honestly be fine with that if anytime that 300 pounder got any kind of piece of the 200 pound player it was a devastating pancake that took the small fry out for the rest of the play and came with a massive morale penalty for getting man handled.

200 lb players should be able to get by the big guy more often than not but when they don't they should pay a serious price. Especially when facing strong, massive guys built to block.

Eh, I'm done arguing with you. Obviously 10 blockers shouldn't be coming free and hopefully that gets fixed, but the special teams update was much needed and I'm sure you'll figure out how to adjust eventually. Maybe you'll even stop building enormous STOPS one day.

Your issue with what builds can do in this game is a separate issue from the kick return game getting destroyed.

If you want 300 pounders to be more "realistic" then maybe you should start your own suggestion thread.

+1....the OP is correct that S Teams had become pretty balanced after last seasons changes....now it looks like a jail break by coverage teams....

I use a diverse STOP team, and NONE of them are having any success blocking, regardless of their weight/blocking.

It is almost as if the hold block chance from AEQs all got removed or something to that effect.

I just spent many hours setting up ST DC and now I'm pissed. I might stop playing now because I do a lot of ST. I boost and buy custom EQ too homey.

This is ridiculous what happened with STOPs. There is no blocking now whatsoever.

STs were good/balanced last season. Maybe a few too many kickoff TDs but tbh if you setup STs correctly and had good STOPs kickoffs were not even an issue. The simple solution to decrease kickoff return TDs was make less far sideline kickoffs and fewer very short kickoffs.
