in a way yes, but this is more like the player sends the team an offer and we can see their build then decide if we want to accept.
very similar but instead of getting some shitty level 40 receiving TE with 40 speed you can get one that is actually useful.

I don't like it even if it is an option, players are just gonna spam offers to a billion teams, then the teams are gonna get an alert and realize some other team already accepted their offer. This is what PMs are for
