Actually, superhoosier, we should merge teams. We both like defense and need help on offense. Our philosophies will fit and also, we have players the other team needs. We should form a super team!

you don't see a problem with giving(just an example) the manahtten rampage your higher lvl rent-a-players , they use them to beat the austin packers 2nd to last week and steal their playoff spot because of guys you handed them?

I gotta look out for the future of my franchise...that's how running a team should work. If the Austin Packers aren't trying the hardest to improve their team for a playoff run, should that be my fault? (just going off your example) If I am losing a guy to Free Agency and am able to get 100K or some cash and a guy who is signed for another season that fits my need, why wouldn't I pull the trigger? Another team making or not making the playoffs doesn't help my bottom line. I gotta set myself up to make the playoffs next season if I can't do it this year.

Hey ... just wanted to say ... I had the same record as you last season going into week 10. My team ended up 8-8 and we got into the playoffs as the 8th seed. So ... you ain't done yet ... 7 more games to go!!
