I disagree a ton with this statement. all this would do is give players a reason to screw a team over if they got mad or something. Personally I do not have to worry about it much at all. but the idea of giving basically guarantees to players will not help the game. there are times that players get used in different situations that they do not understand. I know a couple seasons ago when DC's were blitzing the hell out of CB's. one of my teams used a guys returnman CB as our blitzer. the guy was so pissed it wasn't even funny. he said we were screwing him over by using his guy there. and also letting him have all the return duties. his player ended the season with over 100 Sacks. and he finished second in the ST's MVP.
so by the above quoted statement the player I used as a example could have left the team and basically screwed my team over. and he would have solely from not understanding the game. He begged to stay but I had already found a better replacement. so at the end of the season I cut the guy's player loose like he asked for so many times at the start of the season.
