True enough for a true. I'd also knock the supplemental boosts back to 5 SPs.

New versions of Super Slow Building and other exploits that I haven't even thought of (I would never have thought of SSB) but someone else will.

If it would only end up being used rarely by people who forgot to boost or couldn't afford it before but came to be able to afford it, I'd support it. But if anyone would hold back buying boosts intentionally because he would gain from it, which I think it's likely someone would figure out how to do, I'd be 100% against it. Because I think someone would figure out a way to gain from it, I'm thus against it.

While I was typing that I thought of another exploit: Experience is given by level, which provides a benefit for holding back boosts for seasons and doing them later if you can, in terms of your down-the-road level.

I've made peewee guys that are basically useless now, as they will always be 3 levels behind.

Maybe a catch-up for peewee players at the end of their peewee season?

To add, yeah, this may encourage people to put a guy in peewee to make a tiny gain in training, but at the moment Peewee is dying, so getting more people to put a dot or two in there would be beneficial.

Like the guy above said. Another point in favour of this is that, the amount of players is lowering and if there's a way to keep this fair, it could only help keep as much player going as possible...
