There isn't much of shit for O-linemen in the way of VAs.

Sell the Draw
For each level this player gets a +1% boost to Strength and a 4% bonus to holding blocks on Draw Plays.

-Draw plays suck and need a buff imo.

Little Engine
Each level gives a 2% chance to avoid being Revcaked when blocking much stronger defenders. This VA is good for OLineman that do not specialize in brute force run blocking.

Helmet Hammer
Each Level gives a 1.5% chance to briefly stun a defender upon initiating a block withing the first second of the play.

-Make the resistance Vision and morale based. Requires 40confidence, so you believe you won't get caught. Might need a slight increase in False Start penalties

I like Sell the Draw and Helmet Hammer. I altered the text in Sell The Draw a bit in my quote to get what I'm sure you meant and the wording it would probably get. +1 to each of those (which makes +2!). As to Little Engine...I'm not really a fan of VA's (like that one and the existing DvG) that reward a player for being low in an attribute. I could support a VA, though, that generally protected O-Linemen from revcakes.

Helmet Hammer, while I like it, might be a hard sell to the developers, as it would be the first VA that, instead of giving a bonus to an attribute or SA, actually caused an effect on its own that one can't get from existing Attributes and SA's (Shock Block is different; it's only on pass blocks, can take effect anytime during a play, and works closely with relative Strength). I still like it, though: Just don't make the stun too long, and combine that with it only having a 22.5% chance at the max to activate to keep it balanced.

And yes, we do need more VA's, with the number that have been nerfed to oblivion (often with good reason, but the number of choices of good VA's is too constricted). We especially need them for O-linemen, who have so few and really always did.

+2, for two +1 worthy VA's.

I would also make the Never Give Up a general VA and allow it to be applied to revcakes

Yeah A +4% bonus to holding a block, right.

Maybe for Little Engine a +5% chance to reroll the revpancake roll. I was actually thinking of Unnecessary Roughness as the penalty for Helmet Hammer, but as its not in the code ....

+1 to adding VAs, a few examples:

a VA that reduces false start chance and increase chance of defense lined across from this player to jump offsides- this would be based on a kind of intimidation

a VA that increases chance to hold pass blocks after 3 seconds to reduce coverage sacks

a VA for OTs only that increases chance to stop the DE rushing on the outside of the OT by allowing the OT to make it there in time- vision/speed increase maybe

a VA that helps running inside the tackles, like outside blocker, but for inside runs

Yes to all but your second one. I remember when blocks were held for ridiculous amounts of time, and that wasn't good for the game. Eventually, the defender should break free, and there shouldn't be a VA to hinder that.

Of course, what we need is to make the game more boring and builds more cookie cutter, as you would have come to pass.

Was going to suggest a VA giving a boost to holding double-team blocks, but that would ruin NTs even more.

Oh and +1 too.

I hadn't had any great thoughts, just wanted to get the ball rolling.
