+1, but they can't even get the rejected contract reason right. I could see players not getting offers at all due to this.
Forum > Suggestions > A not accepting contract offer button
As long as this does not stop you from getting a contract offer from your current team, or team you intend to sign with +1

In my idea you would be able to uncheck the box when you are ready to get the offer from the team you are commited to. we could go even further to make it so that if teams try to send a offer you can leave a message that they would get telling them the player is commited to another team already.

Perhaps there could be a field where you could enter an agent or a team you ARE willing to accept offers from. This would basically be the opposite theory of a block PM button. This would allow you to continue to block all unwanted offers, but when agent XX or team XX sends you an offer it will go through.

that would work for me my main goal is to limit the blind offers that agents receive for the most part.

That makes Hatch's great idea even greater. I would imagine that it wouldn't be hard for Bort to code something where you can populate a list of team ID numbers that bypass the block.

I think that would be the way to go. "Only allow offers from the following team IDs" or something like that

Couldnt you just put not accepting contracts or player going to team XXX in player notes ?
I would have thought so too but apparently there are still a few morons who can't read. And those who did read it apparently thought they could argue and try to change my mind.
I did this and rejected the offer, pm'd the guy that offered and told him the dot was promised to another team. I got pm back thanking me for letting him know and the next day the same dot got an offer from the same guy again.
Oh and +1
