Teams in the playoffs shouldn't be allowed to make any moves as it is now, however once a team is eliminated from the playoffs, they should be able to make whatever player moves they want. The remaining salary issue can be addressed and I see no other exploit that really matters. Networks are do already and are going to continue to move guys "wholesale".

and remember I only said "red in-actives" I am not talking about active players just those that are not training and therefor falling behind which causes the whole team to fall behind
