thing is the number of coppers isnt important, again like i said we discussed all this in the other thread

the main problem is the silvers, you can just have the copper leagues as learning season for the newcomers and then after one season get promoted to silver regardless of place because there is only so much you can learn from CPU's, so coppers is irrelevant as you could have 1 league or 200 the main point is getting PW more competitive and the only way to do that is to get the silver leagues filled first and then worry about the coppers after.

it all comes down to the admins/mods taking control and making sure all the human teams are filling up each league before they move to the next one

I read the other thread. And I see what you're saying. But it would still be better to have a lower number of Copper leagues in the end, nevertheless. If only so there's some chance of human interaction for new players/owners. A total wasteland where forums are dead is not likely to keep people around. But a massive yes to filling out the Silver leagues before even considering the Coppers.

in an ideal GLB world having one copper would be great and would give newcomers chance to play other human owned teams but also not get thrown in the deep end like silver sometimes is for the new guys, but unfortunately i really cant see this happening any time soon and so its better to take baby steps over this and hope we can get things sorted one at a time.

hell even taking 1 league away would be atleast some step in the right direction lol thats how desperate we are

Can we all just agree on one suggestion and go with it. Maybe if support wouldn't have to read all this everytime to get to the suggestion they may actually do something. So lets get a compromise going. Then we can all just vote and not have this 6 pages discussion.

Do we agree that a good place to start is at least cutting down 4 silver leagues? This would be 1-4-8 and a good place to start. It's not drastic and will help some. The conference game teams would promote to gold. That's 8 teams ,as is now, but would get the looser per say. Anyways, we have a lot of good teams that just haven't made it over the hump of winning a championship and get moved to gold.

Lets forget about renaming and everything else.

Also we need to get the ticket sales fixed. So lets combine this easy fix and the ticket sale fix in the same thread and get a vote.

like i said anything would be a step in the right direction, but after the pretty good suggestion we all made in the other thread where it was apparent that everyone liked the idea and yet still no answer from anyone except mat, i cant see anything being done anytime soon.

Pretty much the same as 4 silver and 1 gold.

I counted 279 peewee teams that are CPU

32 Gold + 8(32) Silver + 8(32) copper = 544 total CPU teams

544-279=265 owned teams

Less than half of the teams in Pee Wee are currently owned, which means either I am terrible at math, or that something definitely needs to be done. I think we should cut the number of leagues in half at least. 1 Gold, 4 Silver, 4 Copper. If not lower

make it so that owners have to wait on a list to buy again, with the competition rising after this happens, we can start slowly adding leagues again. expand with everybody instead of trying to stay ahead.

darn...I thought this thread would be about having "one and done" leagues that start at like level 75 or so... I'd be all for that!

They've already said no changes are being made. Let em all fill with cpu's, who cares anymore. We've discussed, ran scripts, made suggestions and nothing so who really gives a flying (insert favorite word here)!
