Only way I would support this is if there was an option in the DPC added to the player assignments to cover a QB just as there is to cover the HB. Otherwise it's too easy to set up exploit plays. For example, choose a SB play that holds the HB and send all receivers deep. Use the last check down to run, by that time all the coverage is way down field. Easy gain for the QB.
