That is what I said. However, there are only 4 auto demotes from Nat Pro, so two auto promotes to WL + four auto demotes from EEPL = 6 spots. Thus, if there were not guts, one team would be left hanging. However, as you say, it is highly unlikely that all 7 would demote + no teams would gut from the 7 possible WL demotees and all the rest of EEPL.
