If I wanted to play with my Pee Wee, I'd do so in the privacy of my own home.

Most of the good Pee-Wee owners/coaches like PW not because we like playing with under developed players or can't do well in the upper leagues, but instead like the season by season flexibility PW gives that mid to upper level leagues simply can't.
Since PW players are usually one & done, we have the flexibility to make a lot of changes season to season. Heck, we can totally revamp our entire offensive and/or defensive scheme and personnel needed every season if we wanted. You just can't do that in higher level leagues.
Experimentation is also higher at the PW level because if you create a bad system or set of players, you only have one bad season.
Another perk is that the low level of PW allows owners to be able to afford more players of their own. Heck, some teams have all the players owned by the team owner. There is a huge advantage to that.
And lastly, we don't recruit players, but agents instead, which is a lot easier. PW agents know their players are usually one & done, so most of them will build to the requested templates of the team. It's a huge headache to recruit quality players at the mid to upper levels, and that's something we just don't have to deal with at the PW level.
Thus I am for anything that helps make Pee-Wee a niche league and help it stand out from the rest of the regular "grind" leagues.

I still prefer the level 40 one and done idea.
Pee Wee is fun because of the level playing field, but it is awful because the dots are low level and you just don't have nearly as much in your bag of tricks as you do at the higher levels.
To the OP, my current level 68-69 dots were all in Pee Wee once upon a time. They did ruin my builds, but I have still been able to have some success with them. Obviously they aren't ever going to be the ideal WL builds, but if you are a good dot builder, you can still make decent dots even after wasting 10-15 SP into SAs before level 15 and failing to take your primary to ~90 before moving on to your secondary.
I like the idea of this challenge, but I would suggest to Bort that he do this with level 40 or 72 one and dones.

I like that Idea, level 40 dots. It can't be that hard to code since they pretty much already do that with the test teams. I think that would be great for new players coming into the game as well.

Bort thought it was a good idea but DD whooped his ass and made him stand in a corner.
Just make pee-wee players free to boost and free to create custom etc...free everything, but have a non-refundable cost to them, and not let them go on, like they auto-retire at day 41....
Cost could be like 200, 400, 600 flex or something like that.

I'm not sure how this would make Pee Wees better? If the dot's prices went up without any changes to the many other problems in Pee Wee wouldn't this just completely kill Pee Wee? For example currently we only lose 360 flex each season on glamour positions, 180 flex on non-glamour positions, and 270 on Normal Positions...So the only price range that you suggested up there that would work is around 200 non-refundable flex on every dot. The other huge problem I see here is this would kill off all the non custom/non boosters making Pee Wee even more of a wasteland.
Edit: Also would make it possibly harder to recruit etc. because everyone has to pay a fixed non-refundable price on their dots....I would be all for this idea if the set cost on EVERY dot was around 250 flex, but I don't see the no/no agents agreeing with doing this.
