Yeah, if it is really difficult to do then just NEVER switch the view to playoffs.
For the handful of times you really want to see the playoff stats of a player, you'd be better served to just click the "playoffs" tab as opposed to the 1000's of times you're forced to click the "regular season" tab because of recruiting.
