I think that BSS makes it this year. Although I don't think this is BSS's best team in the last 3 seasons, I'm not a fan of the Cubicles this year. Not a knock on the Cubes, I honestly just don't think you guys are overall better. Prove me wrong though!

Hasnt mattered the last two seasons...
I'll take Vern & Sunami to make it tomorrow and I think I'll still be selling the team after Vern stomps us Day 40.

Well, Cubes, you did it...nice job. And this is why I don't even bother to Gamble...
GG to both teams, both looked pretty good.

I think woods hit it on the head.... BSS doesn't spend the time during the regular season getting fine tuned. And then in the close playoff games it can catch up to you. I tend to do this also... but my dots aren't nearly as good as yours. My best tactic is to surprise a D in playoffs with new stuff I hadn't done all season... you guys are too good for this and need to put in more time each game. Join a ton of tournaments, etc.
watching the game it didn't even look like BSS to me. You guys are all about the big runs. Credit to Cubes for playing good D... but it just didn't look right. BSS throwing game just looked like throw it up and hope for the best. If you guys dialed in your passing game to go with your lethal run game... you'd be damn tough to beat.

Our HBs didnt make plays today. Our two backs had 2 broken tackles total. Credit to them.

I have to disagree...if I wasn't using the Same AI in the WL as I do on the teams here, I would have had to gameplan most of the season to get all the kinks out of the AI and know what is working. If I just coasted all season, I'd end up screwing something up in the playoffs. I truly think you have to spend some time gameplanning unless your team is just head and shoulders above any other in your conference (and there are some of those). But most leagues, the CCG is usually between pretty close teams. I know I make a ton af adjustments to my AI all season long.
With that said. I actually watched the BSS/Cubes game for the first time, and early on, I was very impressed with what I saw from the BSS DC. I think the turnover and early score started the ball rolling downhill. There were a few things I would have tweaked with their AI, but in general, I liked it pretty well. As for the Cubes, they had a good AI in as well. I think the difference was the HB's for BSS didn't make but 1 extreme play (they usually make many) and that's what caused the big difference. Cubes played a solid all around good game, but no real BIG TIME plays, just a solid team with a good gameplan. I think had BSS spent more time gameplanning all season, they would have tweaked their AI enough that it would have been closer, but I still don't think they would have won.

i dunno that this is news, its been a constant for a while. we dont really have a ton of superstars, but all of our guys down to 3rd string backups make solid plays.
the one giveaway stat -- take a look at the league's regular season missed tackle numbers... only 1 team has less than 100.
