Clearly I guess I could use to face other NO/NO teams so I have a benchmark of where I am instead of facing teams that lolninjaboost right before a scrim.....so I decided...I is in.

Most teams that boosted were already planning to boost. Why wait to boost when you can boost early and still make lvl 16.
