What happened here, it is usually very easy to fill this tourney. Why are there no more teams?

as we predicted a couple of seasons ago the silver team pool is slowly diminishing

I am aware of this, so if this doesn't fill soon, I will work something out for this season, but I probably won't come back next season for a 15th season of this tourney and I will run something else.
