I understand the roleplaying..but lol anyways. Plenty of GLB teams have won after they said they had no chance. The morale of the dots surprisingly were not hurt.

Cause you don't get that THERE IS NO SORTING...Teams move up in down NOT side to side in a pro league . I realize this is a pain to you BUT it is what it is. DEAL

Behind every dot is a real person. Why would an OC or DC put in many hours of game planning if the team owner and leader has no hope and is a pessimist? Why would good agents want to play for that team or stay with it?

Again, this isn't a question of what bothers me--it's a question of what makes sense. Having conferences imbalanced does not promote competition.
