why would you want knock someone who is experimenting. If he takes it to 81 he can end with 97-98 str, and if he then takes throwing to 77 after that it will still reach 87+, if he puts all his EQ in throwing he can still reach 145+ throwing... doesn't sound like a bad experiment to me. If someone is trying something different let them try it, especially if it has never been done before.

That other guy saying str should be higher than throwing is retarded though.

I say put him out there and see what he does. IN fact, if your interested, I might be able to find a spot for him.
