How can you have "personal bias" if you started just 2 weeks ago? That would be right at the beginning of the off-season. So you would have created no dots, coached no teams, or really done anything for that matter. How does one attain a "personal bias" with absolutely no "personal knowledge" of the game? I also find it hard to believe anyone with such limited exposure to the game would be so enthralled with it that they would go through the effort of compiling such a detailed guide.

I could be wrong, but I call multi and doubt that it's Stoner

No, not me. I figured I would help him out as it seemed he wanted to learn, so brought him on my TIA team and gave him full access.

While his intentions are good, what he doesn't realize is that his arrogance is rubbing people the wrong way, myself included. He claims to have a lot of online football Sim experience, just not in this game, but thinks this knowledge will allow him to become an elite coordinator and a very short time. What he doesn't realize is that this offends those of us who have spent a couple years playing this game tweaking our offenses/defenses/player builds.

No matter what experience someone has, every game is different and there is no way he or anyone can come in and expect to be an elite coordinator in a matter of weeks, not months or years like the rest of us. To presume so basically insults the rest of us who have achieved that level. However, because of his previous Sim experience, it's possible his learning curve might be quicker than those of us without that experience, but it will still take time, which he claims to have a lot of. Maybe if he studied under my team for a season and then went out to have a successful Pee-Wee season on his own, then maybe he wouldn't get the negative comments directed towards him now, but not after less than 2 weeks.

If he continues these arrogant posts, then he will likely become the next iStoner, and will generally be disliked by most of the Pee-Wee community. However, if he wises up and goes low key for a couple seasons while learning this game and then proves he can run a Pee-Wee team at a high Silver or Gold level, then people will be more accepting of these posts.

My first sentence was the ONLY response to 89's post, and it was more in jest than anything. The rest was basically a polite way to let LW know that his actions are not being well received and why. But then again, I doubt you understand the concept of being polite...

i like this lobster dude ...his words are razor sharp! ...and he doesn't edit his posts a thousand times to achieve it unlike me!

and yes Gerr this is a valid post, but this guys seems to have a bit more tact than stoner ...maybe he's an upgraded version?!?

...I doubt that most of the peewee community will dislike him ...maybe this is exactly what the peewee community needs right now ...i hope that his strategic planning is as sharp as his words and he is able to shellshock the gold faithful
