I put a lot more weight on gameplanning, EQ sets and VA stacks than on EL.

CUSE was 14th in EL when we won OPL

since it only recognizes the top end of a roster its not a great measuring stick although those on the bottom end typically don't have much of a chance.
Anyone in the top 20 I'd say has a shot at winning and of course those who use STOP's or have level 80 punters will be on the high end of effective level rankings (Kingston)
