I've taken over a pee wee team and made a team of level 1's that won't boost or buy CE. I'll play with them all season and then I'll have to retire them because no one will want them. I'd be willing to keep some of them going in s23 if you wanted them. I don't want to keep all of them going, but I'd be willing to keep a few for this.

Nope sorry, we will be starting with Level 1s for S23
