Brawlers/Longhorns have interesting teams if you ask me , this is going to come down to schedule and who plays who and when i'd think. Lot of similar built teams in the West/East.

I can't wait till our game against the brawlers, in the playoffs, in the championship game, we'll be there

I agree that Coruscant is probably the best team right now. They've simply destroyed everyone they've played. Hopefully, we can have a great game against them in week 15.

Interesting arguments as to who they think is the best team. Right now we are pretty close in talent. The team that can game plan better for their opponent will take it this year.

49-0

although theres one thing they had no control over, nearly everytime we scored they didn't get a chance to return, no matter how good you are if you are on your own 20 after every time you are scored on then your field position sucks for the whole game.

Also their QBs may have thrown the game with 6 ints.

yeah I'll go for that, didn't know that detail, but 4 from starting qb is bad

Yeah we got spanked. Its quite difficult to get any sort of consistent wide receiver action when more than 50% of your receivers are of lower level than the worst CB on the other team. You can see that in that our TE/outlet's were passed to as much as they were. Our #1 receiver had some performance and the #2 guy got completely shut down.

Throw in 4 fumbles as well and it was an ouch.

Their kicker though was the MVP.. I got tired of counting the touchbacks. Just nothing at all I could work with to try to get some offense started up.

I'm proud of my CB's 8 tackles against the rushing attack. You had the O-Line well stacked and there was nothing our defense was doing to be able to really control it. I loved the play early in the game. Your back had like what 6 missed tackles on a single play?

Amazing.

Was a good game for you for sure. You really pulled a number on us. I feel suitably embarassed.

I'm not blaming our QB's. I could have set passing to 0% and we still would have lost. They through a lot of Ints but I credit the Portland defense for that. When you are behind and long yardage.. passing is going to happen even if you have no open outlets.

Thanks man for the MVP nod, I'm really proud of the touchbacks. Even more than the 58 yard field goal, I know that the touchbacks are perfect for field position. Also 3 or 4 of the touchbacks were quickly turned over for scores for us.

A lot of teams go with 5 CBs but thats too many and the bottom two don't get plays and its hard to attract decent #4 or #5 CBs. If you can get a good #4 he will develop well and shut people down for you.

You've 5 CBs and 6 safeties man that much depth is causing you guys pain, your #4 and #5 and #6 CBs are rotting, especially when you have energy settings so as to give your top guys a lot of plays. Cut your #5 and #6 and your #4 would have gotten decent plays and he could develop well enough to be worth it. Its not like you are going to need d-depth more than in a game when you are soundly beaten.

By the way I loved that Hammond rush as well the one with the missed tackles

I think we're OK on CB's but that's someone else's call. I'm the bum responsible for the offense. and I stank it up.

We really need some WR's Our top two guys are top notch, but when it gets time to check-off and find an open man because they are covered we just don;t have the third 17th level guy with a solid build we need.

And turnovers are killer. Just killer.
