Tombstone was prolly the best team that peewee has ever had when mccollums joined forces with DDupre, but I wouldn't rate Tombstone that highly ...now if The Crabs had of been able to stick around a few seasons longer, then they would have definately been on that list, but coz they retired after gold glory ...they can only really be considered a one hit wonder ...sorry Gerr, HHM should be higher than Main, Crackertown and the goats ...maybe higher than tombstone also! ...and DoRD would be on that list before the Crabs also imo!

ok then what the hell ...here is my top5:

1 SBWL has always been a great team ...hasn't often found the right formula to go all the way, but has always been up there ...I think I rate this team so highly coz of the longevity of this team's greatness and also coz LE is such a great team owner

2 FGC <~I only rate FGC this high coz the W/L record speaks for itself, but as far as great teams go ...if all these top5 teams had of been in their prime and they came up against each other to contest these rankings, then I would expect FGC to have come in last

3 LSM <~always a force and any gold team that came up against them were never overly confident about winning coz LSM were the type of team that could cause upsets to any contender

4 Tombstone <~ I rate them here coz it was only coz mccollums joined his defense from the crabs team, so it sorta takes away from this team coz it was like 2teams were combined ...if they had of changed the name and gave the team a new beginning, then I would maybe have changed my opinion on this, but I didn't like how the greatness of tombstone came about ...not saying they weren't one of the best teams, coz I think that team was prolly the greatest peewee force that we have ever had to contend with

5 HHM <~was always a serious threat for the titles when Thunder66 was in peewee ...HHM was like the benchmark team around the time that the gold league started up ...hell even LE used to goto Thunder for advice on occasion

It was pretty much a casual league

Tombstone Outlaws should be top 5 at worst. LSM should be much higher. Inaugural gold league champ and they were like million years ahead of their time. They were also consistently great for over 10 seasons before they decided to hang up.

Surlygoats short lived? They had 5 quality seasons and had one of the most dominant seasons of
all time. If they didn't decided to take a break, they would have repeated easily in S18.

Final thought, NO PWs, SAS, DorD not even worth consideration?

Oh and you have Maine way too high. We only have the most all time tournament wins, most major tournament wins (wins as in championship wins) and has only
won one gold league championship. Not enough regular season wins to be mentioned with the greats you listed there. Edit please

I did this in 5 minutes to respark the forum activity and clearly it worked out. If I had spent more time, I would have obviously fixed some of those problems. My new list would be:

3. Lone Star
4. Crackertown

As for the 5 teams you suggested, not a single one played in a gold championship and according to your ideas, DoRD was too early and not around for that long. Although I don't agree about Maine being too high. They are probably too low at #8, but if they repeat last season's dominance, they will move up. However, the top 2 spots are pretty much locked in right now unless FGC wins another gold championship and a couple tourneys and SBWL regresses, then maybe it would be considered to move FGC to #1, but right now SBWL has the better overall resume especially if you count seasons 7-11.

I'm not so sure about that. FGC in its prime was pretty good in seasons 16-18, probably the best trio of consecutive gold seasons ever. Basically there were 4 total losses between the 3 seasons in regular season and playoffs and the season 16 playoff against Crackertown, who went on to win gold was decided by 4 points and the season 17 loss against them by 7 points. We were just also dealt a bunch of close losses in tourneys which I didn't gameplan for in those seasons.

If PNM could win some playoff games, I'd lobby to get us included as an "Honorable Mention". We've made the playoffs all 5 seasons in Gold. With the lack of playoff success though, I'd have to say we're only slightly better than average at this point.

I still think Maine is too high though. Too many tournament wins and not enough reg season wins. I would have to rank us
somewhere around #15~#20.

No offense to SBWL but I'll have to change my mind and rank FGC as #1. It's all about consistency in PW and no teams
have won more regular season games, not to mention the fact that you were always at disadvantage doing everything
all by yourself. This is a massive disadvantage since it's pretty much impossible to assign all the SPs in time. Most time
you are like playing with unassigned SPs, un-updated AIs and untrained players. Oh I forgot about individual tactics,
wow I don't think people realize how hard it is to manage all those players.

Don't sell your team short RK, you dominated last season, much like the teams in the past dominated a season. Yes,, you DESERVE to be in the top 10 and not at the bottom either.

If you have a good season in S21 like you have had in S16-S19, you will likely move into 4th place. If you have another season like you did in S20, even without a gold trophy, you will probably move in with SWBL and FCG as one of the best Gold teams ever.

I don't agree with this, you are a gold champion and have many tournament wins, not to mention I think you have made the playoffs every season you have been in gold and have a good resume counting all the seasons. I thought you are in the 6-8 range, but a couple more seasons would put you ahead of shorter lived teams like HHM and Tombstone, both of who will probably take a tumble down the all time team rankings in the next couple of seasons.

No offense to SBWL but I'll have to change my mind and rank FGC as #1.

If you count only seasons 12-20, maybe and even then it is close due to SBWL's much better outside of gold record. However, counting SBWL's seasons 9-11 vs FG's 9-11 and counting SBWL's season 8, not season 7 when they were comparable to maybe season 9 or 10 FG, season 11 FG at best, SBWL is the better team with the better resume overall. The head to head is interesting though.
