Those CPU players are tempting in this recruiting environment...Seems I've lost a few recruiting battles against members here. One funny one was where one agent gave a dot to Asau and one to us. welcoming folks to OPL isn't what it used to be when they're getting it from 10+ other teams in OPL hammering those same agents seconds before and after they post that first thread or ad. Edit-and speak of the devil. I post this and receive an alert I just lost a guy now to GCMM! Come on! you guys already had friggin 50 people and he chooses to go your route. Brutal!

I think it's time for GLB to eliminate stamina as a factor allowing them to cut the rosters down to 45. Ten extra FAs per team out on the market? Little bit better parity, less CPU teams and more interest with nothing lost. Would be an easy fix and win win for everyone.

We've played with 45 plenty of times and done very well even with the stamina being a part of it. We just always carried only one QB, had one of our CBs or WRs built as a hybrid and didn't have "extra fat" at LB, CB and WR. If stamina isn't an issue, it can easily be done.

FB-no need for two as the power RB can be used for FB run plays.

G-4
C-2 (could get away with one and have one of the other guys slide in behind him depending on builds)

Like I said, we had some great seasons using this formula when stamina did matter. we just recruited specifically and were creative in our depth chart.

Who was it? It's not as funny not knowing. We want 55 guys as do most agents so I think that might have had a s much to do with them signing with us as anything.

Didn't really put the sell on him or anything, just an offer, just was tough seeing yet another I'll have to play against. At least it was at LB where we're loaded and have a train of people ready if we need them. But he would've been a nice addition.
