Buffalo didnt make the playoffs their first 2 seasons..

(of course, thats from back in the day with teams like LSP, TKW , Sumatra Sting, Singapore Flames, Duluth Bulldogs, Bangkok Lightning & Tweetys, South Austin Bats, Manilla Warlords and the Semerang Red Bulls)

and no WL for teams to promote to.

Back then AAA was more of a challenge so shitty teams didn't get to Pro in the 1st place.
