I recognize that the GM's on Car Ramrod were associated with a team in the past that managed to win their way to the World League from Eastern Europe and had a 3 win season, including losses to all the USA Pro teams they faced (Masterminds, Navigators, Shockers). I believe that relative to the different Pro league strengths that's not better success than what KKAR has had.
In the WL now, the 12-2 Blaze and 12-2 Carriers being currently tied with 2 other teams for the best record in the League. The 11-3 Navigators are right behind them, and the 9-5 Hounds are also a very good team. No other Pro League has the kind of talent that comes out of USA Pro. Heck, if you just look at our Western Conference, you have 4 WL-quality teams at the top, 3 of whom have been in the WL. The Shockers won 9 games in the WL in S17 and still got sent down, just missing the playoffs, and they haven't been able to make it back yet only because that's how tough the competition is here. The 4 teams under them are arguably every bit as good as teams that go to the World League from other leagues, and both the Growl and KKAR have been within a game of making the WL out of USA Pro in the past. I have no doubt they would have made it in most other Pro leagues.
So congratulations on your win, certainly celebrate it as a big accomplishment, but there's no reason as part of that celebration to try and belittle KKAR. Remember that you also lost to current the 14th place team in our Conference.

Yes, UPL is a great league and that is why we are and not another PL. Hell, half the agents lolGM the EEPL team you are talking about, so that doesn't mean much. But EEPL is also a very tough league. So before calling out anyone who has made the WL, try making it yourself.
We didn't celebrate our win, we were actually dumbfounded that we won. As I am sure everyone was. I know one thing now, CCIA will be marked as a win in S20 for CR.

So which is it, you don't know how to recruit a Pro-capable team, or you know how, but just chose to bring a shitty team here so you'd have a ready-made excuse for losing?
