I'd like to see a new flock of Ocs and Dcs coming up the ranks. I think good teams start with good coaches. Just are not enough out their at the moment. That is what is killing pee wees. a lot of teams just do not know how to build good players or how to set up basic things and if you want more competitive leagues throughout pee wee you have to help them somehow. Maybe a complete guide of how to.

I was thinking of maybe creating a pee wee build guide and training guide. Instead of one man deciding whats right and what isn't I thought about getting a collective data through a anonomous form page and present it to each gold team. They can pick a position and fill out the form. No one would really know who filled what out , not even myself, so it might entice some people to help the less fortunate in silver/copper. I don't know how many times I watched a quick few minutes of a silver team only to see them playing basic defense. I could also add an upload picture gallery if someone wanted to donate plays that silver teams could incooperate into their own schemes. I know the few who visited the other glb site I made are now doing pretty damn good playing and beating gold teams now. Worth a shot.

there are pretty good guides out... and anyone who doesn't know a custom defense is better than a basic defense is either a first time owner... and belongs in copper till he can at least win a few games (aka install a defense) or is just str8 up lazy.

I'm fine with posting the build guide I just handed over to 30 teams this season, only reason I don't have guides out right now is because I don't feel like hearing about how awful and stupid I am from a handful of assclowns that need not be named.

While I agree something needs to be done, your suggestion isn't the way and I think it's an attempt to be vindictive against a Gold community that rejected you.

Instead, how about this...

Reduce Silver to 4 leagues and bump Copper back to 16. That should make Silver more competitive and just promote both teams that make the championship game from each of the 4 Silver leagues. On the flip side, with 4 Silver leagues, you have 8 total Silver divisions, so just put one demoted Gold team into each. Everyone knows that the bottom half of the teams in Silver really belong in Copper, so by cutting Silver in half, those bottom teams go back to Copper.

Now for an extra step, have promotions and demotions between Silver & Copper. Demote the bottom 4 teams from each Silver division back to Copper, so that's 32 teams that get demoted. With 16 Copper leagues, just promote both teams in each Copper championship game, which is 32. This makes sure that Silver teams remain at least semi-competitive.

What this does is any team that really isn't trying will get demoted to Copper and remain there. Competitive teams that are not to Gold level will remain in Silver for a set of leagues that will be a lot of fun. And Gold just remains the same. This idea also makes Copper teams that want to be competitive have to earn their promotion rather than just an automatic one, which is meaningless. And lastly, it adds 4 total leagues, allowing more teams for people to run since Pee-Wee often sells out.

Thoughts?

future reference?

lol@the guy who likes to talk trash about people reporting people playing the policeman role tonight just because he can't handle getting his ass beat without clinging on to the fact that I didn't have the "owner" tag while I coached both sides of the ball.

Yes, we did reject you, but that's another issue...

Yes I realize there will be a lot of CPU teams in Copper with this idea, but this is by design. Those new to owning a Pee-Wee team will face more CPU teams and have a half way decent season, only loosing to those human teams with more experience. Think people new to Pee-Wee want to get stomped a lot, that might cause them to quit. This way, they can really suck, but still have at least a .500 season. Plus if any changes are made where owning a Pee-Wee team becomes popular again, there are plenty of teams to go around. And lastly, with 16 Copper leagues, groups like FFA who want to all go to one league to just have some fun wont face much competition outside their ranks.

obviously you do...

<3

thanks for derailing my thread tho...

back to the subject at hand:

I'm sure none of the gold owners agree with me... anyone in the silver leagues got a word to say about how the gold owners think you should have to win your league in order to play in a league worth playing in... and once ur there you'll not really have been tested at all...

again...

you CANT reject me... its not a power you have.

you would DEF need to cut at least 1-2 more silver leagues for ur idea to work any better than the filth we have now.

I like this idea to be honest, would make for more equitable competition at all levels. For current silver leagues would basically be the equivalent of dropping the bottom half of the league and replacing with the top half of another league. Would be GREAT for a competitive season without having the majority of games on autopilot

Minors A league here. Passing isn't broke at all in this SIM. The QB throwing this pass is +6 effective levels.

Anyone trying to say that passing is okay or only needs a little improvement is out of their fucking mind!
