If there is such a differance than maybe the player's build (height and weight) factors with the stamina.

I think anything over 30 ia a waste in stamina.

I completley disagree.

me too, just depends how much you play. I start and play about 70 plays a game. I have 38 stamina and play on hard intensity and if I play 70 plus plays a game, I barely get back to 100 energy training on relaxed. My owner doesn't play me on ST just because he wants me on hard intensity every game.

I don't understand how this could be. Everybody's Energy is based on Stamina right? And unless you are playing a great deal more plays than me (which I doubt because I play 50-60 a game) then why can't you be at 100 Energy for every game? Not saying you are lying, just don't understand how this is possible. I usually don't even go below 80.

If any of you got to see Serenity's CB's build (very successful), then I think you would be surprised about just how important a couple of the attributes are.

Try playing 120 snaps in a couple of games and see where your energy bar ends up. If you are on a bad team, it can happen.

59 plays on hard, 31.62 Stamina, 76 Energy.

He'll be a hundred for the next game & I will play @ Normal to see the diff, posting the results after the next game.

Playing at a higher energy level increases your playing ability.

If you maintain a higher energy level in the fourth quarter opposed to tired WRs, ect -- you have an edge

I think the stamina numbers in the 'player guides' are grossly inflated. I'm with the OP, here. My stamina numbers are no where near the levels advised and my CB plays 50 snaps a game, and it's never an issue. I usually finish the game in the 76 to 82 energy range. More than enough to get back to 100% before the next game.

Those stamina numbers were given in season 1 when you didn't hit the xp cap for the game until like 90 plays. So of course they're too high. People used stamina to jack up their xp opportunity. Of course, you could only lose 30 energy a game, so the smartest teams just eliminated backups altogether. Those were the days...

I think it's hilarious how terrible the guides are. Only useful if you don't know a damn thing about football.

The above is better suited to normal. If you want to play hard, I'd add a couple of points more onto stamina.

No kidding. If you played man-to-man all game on Hard with 28 stamina you'd be panting on the sidelines by the end of the game.

Not if his team has good depth and uses energy management properly.
