Yeah, I'd agree they are the unlikely #1 and I think the Hobo sluts are too low. But...I think by virtue of how Wroclaw/Woody closed the season, they are the #1 by virtue of being the last team standing in Naga that did not go to WL. I think that's fair.

They walked the walk while most of us just talked, including the Monks, Skyfire and Hobos/CoP. Gotta respect it.

As for the Monks, as I've said before, we are what we are. We win more than most, most of the time, in every league we've been in. You can knock that if you like but how many teams in all of GLB can claim that they have never missed the playoffs and won 10 plus games each season? TBH, personally that means more to me than a fucking trophy. I cannot stand to play on a team w/ a losing record, it is the worst. It might not make us kings but we have done some work even if the trophy case is p empty.

I have no problem with you Boomy, the Monks are a damn good team, not top of the line but that happens when you're part of a bigger group of teams sometimes

Fact check time. Two of those teams finished ahead of you in the standings and one of the other two was in the title game where they fared substantially better against Krungthep than the cult. The only questionable team is PDP, which I just think will beat you.

. Last season BP wasn't doing dual duty as OC/DC until game 3...first 2 games are thrown out (as proven by Hong Kong beatdown) so final standing are out the window.

If you want to use Transitory properties...THC beat skyfire by 75 who beat Monks by 70, Woody by 50 and portland by 8.

I give it to Wroclaw...they beat us once and went the farthest, they are #1 ranked until proved otherwise. If you are going to use Garudas as a yardstick for measuring everybody to justify why TCH isn't going to rock this beotch in season 19 thats fine..I'll use them to prove no one left here except for Woody Wroclaw (maybe) can roll with us.

Rankings are just one man's opinion...I respect yours. You are wrong though....watch

BP, like I said up front, I always accept that strong possibility as least some of my picks are wrong, but at least they're sparking discussion and I like that.

The fun thing about picks is that I put myself out there and everyone who doesn't do the same gets to say either I told you so or nice work at the end with no risk to themselves.

I don't really use the who beat who last season, just responding to someone else's comments. As far as coordinators, I didn't take over coordinating duties until the last few games for the Monks and it seemed to make a difference.

Anyway, it should be a great season. I put the top 6 in the category of possibly coming out of the conference where normally that would be anywhere from 1 to 3 teams, so a lot of parity this season with no Krungthep beating everyone down. Gonna be a good one.
