Definately, there are exceptions, but boosting is generally a gigantic advantage. I expect rented equipment will put non-boosters no-equippers at an even more gigantic disadvantage.

S4 Lone Star if they boost, Requiem if LSM doesn't.

Gonna cost me $205 to boost the Renegades. Not sure it's worth it to me. I told dreven before the season this would probably be the final season of the Renegades, so he won't be surprised if or when I sell the team.
In Gold a season, demoted, back in Gold for more of the same (my job still isn't gonna let me gameplan enough to be even remotely competitive).....right now I just don't see it happening.
Besides, there are some other teams in that league that are more than capable of taking us down. Especially if I'm not able to boost cause of the financial aspect.
Thanks for mentioning us as a pick to advance tho.

None of my teams will be boosting. It's not worth real life $$$ for a gold ticket.
