How can I talk trash now when you're being so amicable.

The problem I have with the WL promotions is that they take teams from across all the regions. I think it has been repeatedly proven that some regions are stronger than others. The USA Pro League, is in my opinion, one of the toughest leagues in the game. We could probably, head to head, beat the other regions 6 deep( Our 1-6 against their 1-6). However their 1-2 get promoted to the WL, while our 3-6 stay at home even though they could beat the other region head to head for the spot.

Bah, nothing is perfect.

I really disagree with that. I mean if you're including all the WL teams (Navs, Shockers, HHWC, etc) then sure. But with the current PLs, that's simply not true.

I gotta agree with Ocho on this one (unless, as he pointed out, we are including WL teams). But while I agree that USA Pro is one of the better Pro leagues, the APL-USAPL challenge showed that the top teams of other conferences this season are right there with ours. Mind you, some Pro leagues have been simply awful when they get to WL (WEPL comes to mind), but nobody would want to play in a conference that did not have a shot at WL if that was the case.

Yea, usapl is only like 3-4 teams deep tbh. That's kinda how most leagues are nowadays. Sometimes you get unlucky with 2-3 of the elite teams in teh same conference while the other conference has smoother sailing though. There will always be some scrubs that promote to WL, thought the number has gone down from like 8 to like 3

I didn't realize APL viewed there scrims against the USAPL as life or death to the reputation of their league. Had we known, we would have put the time to game plan against our opponent. We just took it as a fun scrim to let our dots have fun against a quality opponent.

Next time we do a challenge we should put something on the line so the real winning league can truly puff their chests out. The scrims were over two weeks ago and we are still beating a dead horse. Relax already APL.

I understand u mad cuz USA isn't as good as you think it is, but it was byron acknowledging APL > USAPL. But I guess he must view it was life and death then too....right!
