Pretty sure he doesnt understand anything by the way he needs to ask for help after every single level up.

Id quad train after you get your first major capped. Youll have 10 levels before you need to think about anything except SP into speed. Repost at lvl 15 when speed reaches 80. Sometimes youll have to wait until the next level to assign the SP. Say in you 60s you get 5 SP but each point costs 3 SP. Set on the extra 2 until you level again. Then youll get 2 points in it. Basically be patient and youll have a great speed foundation.
