Not sure about that or 4 aeq, the training gains I can get by pushing my multi gains may outweigh that +3 throwing on a 4th piece of say field general. Of course if I get lucky and find a +3 throw vis str or confidence +1 fg that would save me a lot, but as of now I have decided to only shop 50 times with him. Basically setting aside 100bt to shop with in hopes of snagging some cheaper pq/+3 throwing pieces, but I am planning on getting stoned at the gate. Originally posted by Kotoll

You definitely are going to fall behind judging by your overall sp's right now, it looks as if you are cashing in bt for sp's and if that is the case you are in big trouble

Shop at level 31. That's the money level for PQ pieces on QBs. You should be able to shop 15 times and find multiple +3 and +5% PQ pieces. In 10 shops, I found around 5-6 +3PQ, 4-5 +2-3% Pass Distance, 2-3 +5% PQ, 1 +5% PD, and 1 +1 FG piece for my QB.

wow. Its weird that you say that because when I was building up nba jam arcade I did find the best pieces back then. Now that we can create gear A blank +3 isn't a bad deal anymore!

Well with crafting, that level is certainly ideal. You'll find a lot of top level single modifier pieces that you'll be able to craft in the future at a significant discount from the price of crafting the full piece. For example, my five level 37s all shopped 10 times at level 31. They rolled:

TE Blocker:
+3% HB Chance (currently +3 str/+3%HB)
+5% HB Chance (+3 str/+5% HB in future)
+1 Get Low (currently +3 str/+1 Get Low)
+3 Speed (+3 spd/+1 Pancake in future)

Passing Right By You:
+3% PQ
+5% PQ
+5% Pass Distance
+1 Field General (all will have or already do have +3 throwing)

Short Yardage Monster:
+1 Power Through
+5% Catch Ball Chance
+5% Break Tackle Chance (all will have or already do have +3 spd)

Yes Man VII:
+5% PD chance (added +3 spd)
+3% INT chance (added +3 spd)
+3 agility (will add 5% INT chance)
+1 SDC (will add speed)

Yes Man VIII:
+5% CB chance
+1 SDC

So YMVIII was the only one that really had trouble with his rolls and the rest hit lights out. The first 4 will have 4 AEQ with ease and YMVIII will still be able to hit it with only a small hit to his build efficiency.

What I am saying is 4 aeq may not be the best bet. Especially with positions that can add bonus sa's. You may want to train longer on multi training/4 attributes and then add a few bonus sa's. Take your bte. You may want to add balance/first step and rock 2 hold block and a pancake. You would miss out on that get low piece but you can still take get low to 7 natural for cheap, and then use those bt's for sp's/bonus sa/longer multi training.,,
