I suggest stay away from him,.. i was gunna give him a shot, i puit him at my HC spot, didnt give him that much respondsability tho because he is newer to the game...the guy is inactive, he didnt post once in team forum, gave him a couple things to do in the couple scrimmage games, didnt do em.. i talked to the rest of my front office, and we all agreed that he was a dude and was just more interested in the title of HC than actually being a HC..

I wish him the best of luck ...but he is gunna need more than luck

Everybody chill..... None of us we're perfect when we first started GLB. Let the guy find his way, and don't destroy his GLB rep before he even gets started.

Start him off as a back up scout or assistant and give him an opportunity to learn the game.

Jozy you just have to understand that experience means everything in this game ... especially with proven teams so take whatever you can get and make the best of it .. Just don't take on too much on at once. Make sure your able to commit to a job at least throughout the current season.

i had 4 jobs as an oc by the end of my first month. not a clue what the owners were thinking, but i did so good for one team that ive been their oc ever since, which has been over a year now.
