This movement has made absolutely no progress in the past two seasons. Everyone is throwing around the same ideas over and over again. Not to be a negative nancy, but the idea Drk suggested has been suggested by about 5 different people dating back two seasons ago.

This may also help the Pee Wee community by not only making things cheaper but also by eliminating L1 players that plan to move on to the minors after. L14 teams are plentiful and allowing teams to suck up a spot in a league they are only using for XP harms the integrity of the league. Removing those teams could allow us to condense Pee Wee a bit and make for more competitive leagues.
Just my thoughts. What do you all think?

Just put a level restriction on CEQ where you can only buy CEQ once you reach level 14, which most Pee-Wee players can't. Or even wait to level 16 to go along with the next regular EQ upgrade. Either way, Pee-Wee players won't be able to buy CEQ, which reduces the overall cost of a Pee-Wee player.

Here's an idea that is somewhat abstract:
Don't allow CEQ at all in the gold leagues...
This would make it a big reward of getting (and staying) in gold, so it will keep teams thirsting for gold in silver.
The only problem with this is that the gold league teams will have a disadvantage when they compete in tournements. So maybe the solution is FREE CEQ when in gold?
I think if this happened, this would increase CEQ purchases in the silver leagues because they see the light at the end of the road where they wouldnt have to pay a lot anymore.

I would just make CEQ unavailable until Level 16. I do agree with DrkSandman's approach as well, would be interesting to have a "pee wee lifer", would also be cool if his stats carried over career wise but I'm ok with baby steps in the right direction.

I think we need CEQ because those points are valuable. Only way they take that away is if we can start with more sps than 15.

idea- i'm guessing it's already been suggested. CEQ costs 900 * 30% (net flex loss = 270 flex) / 10 seasons (average player life) = 27 flex.
since pewees are a special case why not, if a player retires when 40 days old or less you get 97% refund of flex spent on CEQ....or 873 out of the 900. So 10 seasons worth of pewee players will then cost you the same amoutn (in the long run) as a regular player.
