Yup, I think so. My WR with 83 agility, 67 vision, 7 juke, 10 head fake, could barely get them to go in the WL. Maybe agility wasnt high enough? Or quick feet as it was only at 10?

You can train a WR to a strength level where rev pancakes dont happen...doesnt take much.

Not really. Even WRs with 50+ Strength will still get revcaked a decent amount and lose a ton of morale.

Of course, this could change with the pending morale changes, but right now WRs tend to lose the most morale of any position in the game.

CBs not getting ALGs on strength anymore should also help. although, most CBs are still going to be getting it to 50+ at the end of their careers.

What was your carrying, first step and quick cut at?

Someone (Mob-6, I believe), was suggesting that vision plays a meaningful role in the effectiveness of spin. Anyone else have info/thoughts on this?

My understanding was that while vision assists somewhat in the firing of certain SAs (perhaps including spin, though I've heard this most often in the head fake/juke context), the effect on the frequency of firing is fairly marginal, and non-existent on the actual break-tackle roll itself.

Spin is a break tackle roll.

So strength/carrying/agility, as well as momentum and Break Tackle% AEQ/VAs, will all help in the roll. Vision, unless it plays a role in the break tackle roll that Bort hasn't disclosed (which I doubt), has 0 to do with Spin firing.

I think vision plays a small role in almost everything tbh.

Pretty sure Vision is a part of the breaktackle roll, though a very small pert I would say.

Look at it this way, vision helps you avoid tackles- you see an oncoming defender so you take a better angle at avoidance. Now let's say you have a defender coming at you, but he is going to get a hand on you.
-Player one with low vision takes a poor angle and will get hit squarely in the body by the defender
-Player two has high vision and takes much better angle and will only be able to be diving tackled

Which guy do you think is going to have the best chance of breaking the tackle? The guy spinning out of a defender right on him or the guy who is spinning out of the way from a desperate diving tackler?

Link?? Your gonna hafta prove that one. Nowhere does it say that vision has anything to do with breaking tackles.
If so, how do you explain all the Power Backs who get vision to 40 and leave it? I would say that vision helps more to
AVOID tackles. Not break them.

Instead of vision or confidence add strength. If you get to 65 - 70 strength, you don't need a lot of confidence or vision.

ignore confidence, would be better taking strength to 60

take jumping to 68 rather than vision to 60, too
